About Cocoa Rae


Cocoa Rae specializes in production of hand-dipped artisan chocolates. Rae began making truffles and hand-dipped chocolates as holiday treats for friends and family many years ago. To share for passion for chocolate and the subtle interplay of various herbs, fruits and other flavors (and meet the requests of friends and family who wanted to share her chocolates as gifts) she decided to launch Cocoa Rae.

Our product


The confections are made with high-quality Venezuelan chocolate paired with fruits and herbs from Rae’s own garden or local farmers markets or espresso from local coffee roasters.

Our Palette


The flavors available from this palette range from espresso in dark chocolate, white chocolate with lemon and lemon verbena, caramel dipped in dark chocolate with a hint of sea salt and, for the more adventuresome palate, a dark chocolate with mango, lime and habanero chili. Perfect as a special gift, thank you, or just to treat yourself!

Our Kitchen
